All international orders are shipped in DAP (Delivered At Place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
Orders shipped to France are delivered without any import duties or taxes.
NON-EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION
All countries outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes and duties. Any imposed customs fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the items.
Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges, even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

DELIVERY PROCESSYou will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note that during Holiday or Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days. Your order will be dispatched within 7 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Holiday or Sale, dispatch time may take up to 14 days.
The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since the couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by SEAN SUEN Shop.
During the registration of your SEAN SUEN Shop account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the SEAN SUEN Shop. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
In the event of late delivery, the brand cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made against SEAN SUEN shop.
In the event of loss of the parcel by the carriers used, no refund will be made to the customer until receipt of the result of the carrier's investigation, officially confirming the loss of the parcel.
