RETURNS

We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our size and recommendation guides present detailed measurements, available on each product page. Please note, placed orders cannot be altered. Please contact us for any assistance service:

Our return window is within 14 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed.

An order may be returned in its entirety or partially. Due to hygiene reason underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned, all sales are final. Please note that all archive pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Warning: all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won’t be eligible for a refund, and we will need to send them back to you.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Please note that for countries outside the European Union which are subject to taxes and customs duties, only DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) returns will be accepted. All returns delivered without the DDP option will be refused and returned to sender. Also, please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or more duties.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return request emails must include the informations of your order number, SKU number(which item you request return) and the reason for return.

Once the request has been approved, an e-mail will be sent with instructions on how to proceed. Close the box carefully, folding the items correctly. We ask that you insert an order summary, a piece of paper with your order number and mailing address, to easily identify your return.

On receipt of your return, items will be checked by our quality control team for the final approval. You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your returned item and informing you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Pieces that are made on order isn't refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND

We usually take care of returns within 10 business days from the date of delivery to our designated return address and you will receive an email update about it. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your order. You will receive an e-mail
confirming the refund and its amount.

SEAN SUEN shop system typically takes 2-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed and sent to customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days(depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to the customer’s account. In total, it can take up to 4–14 business days for customer to receive their refund.

Please note that shipping costs, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur willnot be refunded by SEAN SUEN shop. This applies both to the original shipping costs and to the return shipping costs.
